Buena Vista Homes has set the standard in the real estate industry in Ghana over the years. Since 2010, we have gained local and international recognition for setting the pace in the industry.

In 2010, our Executive Director, Mr. Kwabena Nyarko was adjudged the “Best Architect – Residential Category” at the Ghana Institute of Architects Excellence Awards.

2011 was a great year as we scooped two awards. The first was ‘’Developer of the Year 2011- Middle Income Category’’ while the second was ‘’Radio Advert of the Year 2010’’ by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) for our radio advert ‘’If you really love me’’.

2012 was another great year as we received two more awards. We were awarded the International Star Award for Quality (ISAQ) in the Gold Category at the International Quality Awards in Geneva, Switzerland.

At the 3rd UT Ghana Entrepreneurs Award, our Executive Director was adjudged “Best Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 (Property & Real Estate). We did not rest as we put in work and won another international award at the Africa & Arabia Property Awards in 2013. Our winning entry Costa Villa Residences, located along the Accra-Tema Beach Road, came in ‘’Highly Commended’’ in the Best Development Multiple Units Category.
